Change Management has two important ingredients:  1) Keep everyone on the same page and 2) Keep the flow going by timely completion of tasks. Credo’s Change management tools incorporates both. The opening screens display “all open projects” with links to drill down into the specifics. Easy. Also, timely emailing associate when they are “at bat” to ensure the flow keeps moving. Then additional project management tools like “task escalation” and team notifications are used to further enhance the process. Practical applications include tasks like:

  • New Material Requests (eg Buy vs Make)
  • Part Number Generation
  • Document approvals
  • Supplier Approvals
  • Engineering Change Requests
