As manufacturers seek to promote safety in their commitment to contain COVID, HR managers were frustrated trying to handle calls from employees around the clock. Employee were struggling to find information about changing protocols.
The developed COVID Hotline is fast automated call in messaging portal for employees with COVID exposure or sickness. A HR dashboard was also created to notify a distribution list with processed calls.
Better tracking of COVID Workforce Health Measures and current status of employees and dashboard reporting gives provides HR with decision making tools. HR management communication potential moves beyond pandemic issues.
